Sitting on top of the fabled “Green Monster” gave me a different perspective than just about any other seat at Fenway Park. I watched and shot Red Sox games against the Cleveland Indians and the Minnesota Twins.

I shot the Cleveland Indians’ game with a Nikon D500 camera (crop sensor) and the Minnesota Twins game with a Nikon Z6 camera (full frame). I used a Nikkor 300mm F/4.0 prime lens with a 1.7x teleconverter with each camera. I had an effective focal length of 765mm with the D500 300mm F/4.0 and a 1.7x teleconverter (300 x 1.5 x 1.7) and 510mm with the Z6 300 F/4.0 and a 1.7x combo (300 x 1.7).
